OIKOTECHNO JAPAN is a thriving international IT company located in Tokyo, Japan. Since our establishment in August 2018, we have experienced fast growth thanks to client satisfaction. We currently partner with 30 companies in Japan and overseas.
Our Mission is to provide cost competitive IT services at a level of client-satisfaction that leads to long-term partnerships. In an extremely competitive IT market, every client has many options, so our success depends on the quality of our work. We must satisfy our clients in a way that makes us their first choice for each new opportunity.
Our Team
Our Central office in West Tokyo is operated by our core management team: David Oiko;- Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mayuni Shuto -General Manager;- Viktoriya Linnemann;- Human Resources and Communications.
Prior to joining OIKOTECHNO JAPAN, all three of us had successful careers in Japanese and international companies. Being aware of challenges international employees face in new countries, we place a high value on having a positive working environment. Our goal is not only to offer employees a job in Japan or abroad but enable them to enjoy everyday work and equip them with professional skills and local cultural knowledge.
